Main swimming pool
Dive into relaxation in the swimming pool, designed for both serious swimmers and leisurely bathers. The pool area is a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. With ample lounging areas, it's the perfect place to refresh, unwind, and enjoy the sunny Thao Dien climate.
The rectangular swimming pool of river garden is ideal for swimming. The bottom of the pool is designed with a slight slope to have both a shallow and a deep area.
During the weekend, families gather around the pools. Early morning and evenings are the preferred times for the serious swimmers.
Kids swimming pool
About 50 cm deep, the kids swimming pool is a great place for young kids to have fun and become familiar with water.
Kids playground
Our children's playground is a vibrant and safe environment where little ones can explore and play. Featuring a variety of modern play equipment, it is a place for children to be active and make new friends under the careful watch of parents.
The playground is a fun-filled haven for the youngest members of our community.
Tennis
Available exclusively to our residents, the tennis court is a fantastic way to stay active and be social.
The tennis court was fully renovated in 2023, and night players enjoy a good lighting system. It is easy to book the court thanks to a mobile app.
If you ask your neighbors, you will very easily find partners of different levels as well as the contacts of coaches who often teach at River Garden.
Barbecue
The three barbecue areas are perfect for family gatherings and social events, with the three pavilions seating between 10 and 30 guest.
Enjoy a relaxing day cooking outdoors, surrounded by lush greenery and good company.
Each barbecue pavilion is equipped with a grilling station, a fridge, sink and microwave, together with comfortable dining arrangements. They are undercover to provide shades and protection from the rain, and have good ventilation and ceiling fans to keep the guests cool.

Adjacent to the club room, it offers a seamless transition from workout to relaxation.
Club room
Unwind at the Club room, located right next to the gym, and overlooking the pool and gardens.
This stylishly designed space is ideal for socializing with fellow residents, hosting private events, yoga or dance training, or simply relaxing with a book.
It features comfortable seating, modern decor, and a welcoming atmosphere.
The Club room also has a small library that works through book sharing, so there should always be something new to read.
